Specific Counselling

Grief Counselling
Grief is something we experience when we lose something important to us – it’s not limited to just death. Grief counselling involves talking about the impact of your loss. It can assist you with processing and making sense of your grief, as well as develop new ways of coping and adjusting to a changed life.

Trauma Counselling
Trauma can impact us in profound ways. If you have been through a traumatic life event, trauma therapy provides a safe space for you to process your trauma and move forward in your life.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision provides a collaborative space to reflect on your practice, build confidence, explore complex cases and support your professional growth.
I also offer guidance and mentorship for social workers preparing to apply for Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) status with the AASW.
