Do I need a referral letter to see you?

You will only need a GP referral letter if you want to access medicare rebates. If you have private health cover or are paying as a private client, you do not need a referral letter. Simply make an appointment online.

How do I get Medicare rebates?

Your therapist will lodge a claim through Medicare on your behalf at time of payment.

To access the rebates, you will need:

1. A Referral Letter and Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). Please ensure the referral is addressed to: “An Nguyen” or “Mental Health Professional”
2. A current Medicare card

What is your cancellation policy?

• Please kindly provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: You will be billed at 50% of the session fee.

• No Shows: You will be billed at 50% of the session fee.

Exceptions

If you are unwell or experiencing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. In some cases, the cancellation fee may be waived at the therapist’s discretion.
